Abizole is indicated for the treatment of schizophrenia, as well as for the management of manic episodes in bipolar disorders.
Each 1 mL of oral solution contains:
Aripiprazole – 1 mg (active substance)
Excipients with known effect (per 1 mL): Fructose – 200 mg
Sucrose – 400 mg
Methylparahydroxybenzoate (E218) – 1.8 mg
Propylparahydroxybenzoate (E216) – 0.2 mg
Abizole is indicated for the treatment of:
Schizophrenia in adults and adolescents aged 15 years and older
Moderate to severe manic episodes in Type I Bipolar Disorder in adults, and for the prevention of new manic episodes in patients who have previously responded to aripiprazole
Moderate to severe manic episodes in adolescents aged 13 years and older with Type I Bipolar Disorder, for a 12-week treatment course

Recommended starting dose: 10–15 mg/day (equivalent to 10–15 mL of the solution)
Maintenance dose: 15 mg/day (15 mL solution), taken once daily, with or without food
Effective dosage range: 10–30 mg/day (10–30 mL solution)
Doses above 15 mg/day are not generally more effective, although in individual cases, higher doses may be needed
Maximum daily dose: 30 mg (30 mL of solution)
