Desloratadine

Indications

• Seasonal pollinosis and perennial allergic rhinitis (for relief of sneezing, nasal discharge, nasal congestion, itching, tearing, and eye itching/redness)

• Chronic idiopathic urticaria (to reduce and relieve itching and rash on the skin)

Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity to any component of the medication

• Pregnancy and lactation

Dosage and Administration

• Desloratadine is taken orally, with or without food

• Recommended dose: 5 mg once daily

• The tablet should be swallowed whole, without chewing, with water

Storage Conditions

• Store at ≤25 °C

• Keep out of reach of children
